The secretary of the director and also one of the authorities in charge on keeping an eye on the students behavior and staff, usually accussing of sexual harassment in entirely inappropriate situations.
She usually wears revealing clothes, bringing the attention of the school attendies for her sexiness. She loves the felling of her body stocking outfit on her skin.
While in the surface she is a serious woman, behind that she also loves sex and sexual activities. Out of the sight of the major autorithies, Kalifa is capable of breaking the rules of the institution and have sexual intercourse with students and teachers if ther are not behaving correctly.
She has the power of the Bubble-Bubble Fruit wich allows her to create soap bubbles, she loves to use it as lubricant in her bodyparts or in the partner she is with in the moment.
Kalifa has a constant rivalry with Robin, playing sexual pranks to eachother or competing.
